Yes, we do. It is subject to availability.
We usually send one pest control technician per address.
Although clutter helps a pest infestation by providing more hiding spaces, the real cause for an infestation is usually the hospitable environment. Regular cleaning does help, but if you leave food lying around or you have excess dampness, this provides an excellent environment for most pests to thrive in, which is why they make your home their new residence.
You can use hair spray on a specimen in order to preserve it. Then, place it in a bag so you can give it to the technician. Be extra careful if attempting this!
It largely depends on the pest. It’s entirely possible for their infestation to spread to your property as well. We recommend getting an inspection, just in case.
We use professional-grade pest control materials that are unavailable to the general public. The technicians also know how to handle the problems better and use the solutions more effectively.

Service related information

The pest control solutions we use are professional-grade. They are strong enough to deal with your pest problem, but not as much as to be harmful to people or pets. Nonetheless, it’s recommended to remove them from the premises before the treatment and to wait for a couple of hours after the service is done before letting the pets back inside.
Yes, upon request.
The professionals always aim at providing the most efficient and satisfactory service possible. This means that they carry out every job in a way that meets the client’s needs. Essentially, every treatment is different based on a variety of factors.
No. This is a veterinarian’s job. However, you can combine the vet treatment with a fumigation.
Absolutely not. However, in some cases (e.g. bed bugs), you should stay off the premises for about 4 hours.
If there’s pest activity in the guarantee period, the pest technician will come for a follow-up visit free of charge (that’s the case when the client has requested 2 visit treatment). Keep in mind that there should be enough time (at least 2 weeks) to allow pesticides to work properly.
If you’ve tried any DIY solutions, such as traps, lures, or poisons, please remove them. If it’s an insect infestation, remove all pets from the premises and vacuum the affected areas. The pest technicians will take care of the rest.
